What are you talking about

Many people talking about mid bass, mid high and etc but are they referring the same frequency that they are talking about?

To cut the confusion, here is the refer frequency range:

    This is the scale I use, its from EnjoyTheMusic
    Sub-bass (10Hz - 60Hz)
    Mid-bass (80Hz - 200Hz)
    Midrange (200Hz - 3,000Hz)
    High-frequencies (3,000Hz on up)
